| As you go through the small entrance you enter the first chamber of Christ's tomb, the Chapel of the Angel. There is a fragment of the blocking stone of the Ssepulchre in this small room. |

| Then you go through another small opening into the Tomb of Jesus. A very small room with a marble lid which covers the tomb. |

| You can light a candle and pray but no one can stay long because of the many people waiting to enter this Holy site. |

| The best piece of evidence that the tomb of Jesus was in this area is that other first century tombs are still preserved inside the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. |
