In Memoriam...We just wanted you all to know that Gloria passed away a few days after we left Utah. She died of complications due to old age. We have been so sad! She was such a good friend to our family and Ry said we needed to write an obituary for her...so this seemed like the best place to do it. Gloria was a bird with personality. She waited to eat until we all sat down to dinner and she'd eat with us. We especially loved how she'd dance when we'd sing to her and sleep under her bell at night. Thanks to all of you who helped us take care of her. We know many of you loved her, too. Just thought you should know...
We hope all of you are doing well. We have another blog that we'll send out invitations to you in a day or two...we just added some security. Love you!

Sad to hear. At least she'll now have friends, Bilbo and Valkyrie, to play with.
I am so sad to hear that Gloria has died. She was such a good pet and brought a lot of joy to your family and others. I noticed that when children came into your home, they always went to Gloria's cage. She was a big attraction. I was looking forward to taking her to Monterey and introducing her to that beautiful area and being able to watch her fun antics. May be Deb will be able to be with her in the spirit world. Gloria will be missed.

I agree with everythig that has been said about Gloria. I actually got a bit teary. Alivia & Rex said that they will miss Gloria, we all will.
I was so sorry to hear about Gloria--you were such a good family to her--she had a blessed life.
