Caesarea is located between Tel Aviv and Haifa on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. This city was built by Herod the Great about 25-13 BC as the port city. The scriptures in Acts mention Caesarea many times: Acts 8:40, 9:30, 12:19, 18:22, 21:8-9 and 23:23.
