Dear Fam,
Glad prom was good. It seems so long ago for me. Hunter's still a stud. Save some girls for me bro. Steve's experience is incredible. I'm glad he's ok now. I cant imagine how that would be. I'm so glad the missionaries and grandpa were able to help. Blessings can have amazing powers. This week has been hot. Wow, and its only getting hotter. We had a family were are teaching stop meeting b/c of various reasons, and the new guy we met last week can't meet for 2 weeks. So we've spent lots of time on the hot streets. Its been a real test of endurance to keep going when exhausted. On saturday night, the sisters that serve in our stake had a baptism in our ward. It was good. We did all the preparing for it. Then right after, the bishop called and said 2 of the speakers cancelled for sunday and asked us to give 10 min talks. Despite the short notice, it ended up being good and gave us a chance to explain the ward family mission plan i've been trying to get into affect. I was suprised that i could speak as freely as i did for that long. People actually said they understood it (prob just being nice though). This week is a combined meeting at church and we were asked to give a 50min lesson on ward missionary work. Another great chance to get the ward going. Last sunday one of the deacons said he had some friends interested in the church, so on monday we went to the middle school and at lunch we talked to them from over the fence. The ward kids are not afraid to stand up for their religion. They pulled over (sometimes literally) any classmates they could so that we could talk to them. hope you are all well. please send me pics.
